Keep the exact message
“App not installed”, a parsing error and a Play Protect warning are different messages. Take note of the wording before dismissing it. A screenshot is useful, but remove personal notifications before sharing it.
Check the download
The Android APK linked on this site contains 58,822,105 bytes. A browser may round that size differently. An incomplete download can fail before installation begins. Delete only the incomplete download and fetch a fresh copy on a stable connection.
Check Android and storage
The file’s manifest specifies Android 5.0 or later. Find your Android version in the phone’s settings. Installation needs space beyond the APK itself, so a phone with only 59 MB free may still fail. This website has not measured the installed size.

If an older app is already installed
Check the installed app’s name and version. Similar names do not establish that two files can update each other. A signing-key conflict or a lower version can prevent an update. Do not uninstall the existing app until you have checked account recovery and any locally stored data.
If Android blocks the source
Only authorise installation from a source you trust. On Android versions that offer a per-source permission, review the browser or file manager named in the prompt. Do not turn off Play Protect or dismiss a harmful-app warning just to finish installing.
If it still fails
Record the phone model, Android version, APK filename, file size, installed app version and exact error. Use the report template on the Contact page. A support request should not contain your password, OTP, payment PIN or identity documents.
