Start with the message on your phone
Choose the stage where you are stuck. Each route gives you one first check and the details worth keeping before asking for help.
The download stops or the file is missing
Start in the browser, not the installer
Open the browser’s Downloads list. A paused item or a filename ending in .crdownload is not a completed APK. Resume the transfer if available; otherwise download again on a stable connection and wait for completion.
Keep: the browser message and the downloaded byte size.
Confirm the download is complete. Then check Android’s version in Settings → About phone. The inspected sample declares Android 5.0 as its minimum; that declaration is not a test of your phone. A parse message alone cannot distinguish corruption from incompatibility.
Keep: the exact message, Android version and file hash.
A similar app name does not prove that the new file is its update. Package identity, compatible signing and version code matter. Do not uninstall just to remove the error; local data may be lost. Ask the app operator to confirm the correct update file.
Keep: the installed version and the proposed update’s file record.
Keep Play Protect enabled. A matching filename or checksum does not override a security warning. Record the exact warning and confirm the file’s source with the operator before proceeding.
Keep: the full warning text; hide private information in screenshots.
The app opens, but login or an account feature fails
The APK installation stage is complete
Reinstalling is not a diagnosis for a login, wallet or transaction error. Use a support channel verified with the app operator. Note the time and error text; never share an OTP or password in a support message.
Keep: the time, error message and reference number if one exists.
1. The stage: downloading, opening the installer, updating, or opening an installed app. “Not working” can mean any of these; each needs a different check.
2. The exact message: copy Android’s wording and note your phone model and Android version. A cropped screenshot should show the message, not private notifications.
3. Whether an app is already installed: record its name and version before changing anything. Do not erase app data just to collect this information. See what to include in a website enquiry →
At which step did it stop?
Start with what happened on the screen, rather than trying every fix. Keep the app and its stored data intact while you narrow down the problem.
Go to the Download page and tap Download APK. You can check the file details on that page before downloading.
Why did my download stop?
Check your internet connection and free storage, then try again. Wait for the download to finish before opening it. The file listed here is 58.1 MB.
Which Android version is needed?
The APK manifest specifies Android 5.0 (API 21) or later.
Android installation
Why won’t the APK install?
Check that the download finished, your phone has enough free space and it runs Android 5.0 or later. Keep the exact error message. Don’t uninstall an existing app until you know how to recover your account and data.
What if Play Protect shows a warning?
Keep Play Protect on. If it says the app may be harmful, stop the installation and check the file’s publisher and source.
Updates & identity
How do I update the app?
Keep the installed app. A matching name or version label is not enough: package identity, signing compatibility and version code matter. Start with the update checklist before replacing it.
Are Master TeenPatti and Teen Patti Master the same?
Their relationship has not been confirmed. Similar names and filenames do not establish that two apps have the same publisher.
Does a matching checksum certify safety?
No. It identifies matching file contents, not the publisher or the safety of the code.
Contact & privacy
How do I contact customer support?
For website, download-link and content questions, email [email protected]. Include the page address and the exact issue. App account and payment requests must go to the app operator.
What should I include in a support request?
Include your phone model, Android and app versions, the error message and when it happened. Don’t share passwords, OTPs or payment PINs.
Before you write in
Keep the exact error message and the Android version.
For an app issue, record the time and the relevant reference number. Hide personal notifications in screenshots.
Do not send passwords, OTPs, payment PINs or identity documents through an unverified channel.
Report a scam
If you have lost money to suspected online fraud, use the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal or call 1930. Keep transaction references and screenshots.
After one check, choose the next step
An incomplete transfer needs to finish or be replaced. If the full hash matches but installation fails, stop repeating the download and check the Android message or update identity.
If the app opens but sign-in fails, record that in-app message and use verified operator support. Clearing storage can remove local information; it is not a general login fix.
For a website issue, include the page, phone model, Android version, exact message, whether another app was installed and the check already tried. Contact prepares a note without uploading it.
